This class is three (3) sessions held on Saturday – Sunday, please see below:
Saturday, October 4, 2025 – Sunday, October 5, 2025;
Saturday, October 18, 2025 – Sunday, October 19, 2025;
Saturday, October 25, 2025 – Sunday, October 26, 2025.
This course provides Level I classroom training in the theory and practice of ultrasonic testing. By completing this course, candidates will gain the organized training necessary towards achieving certification as an NDT-UT Technician Level I, consistent with the requirements of ANSI/ASNT CP-189-2020 and ASNT SNT-TC-1A-2020. The course sequence, content, amount of time spent, and depth of coverage for each topic outlined in the UT-Training Guides have been approved by the ASNT Level III designated by the Program Administrator.
This course will run on Fridays through Sundays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and will be held at the Operating Engineers Local 3, Rancho Murieta Training Center, 14738 Cantova Way, Rancho Murieta, 95683.
Journeymen are welcome.
- To be eligible, you must be an active journeyman inspector in good standing in the Operating Engineers Local Union 3’s Northern California jurisdiction.
